James' Favourite Film On Seduction
Jun 21, 2011The film Vicky Christina Barcelona is one of the finest illustrations of the psychology and tests that beautiful interesting women put men through that I have seen in the media. It is now compulsory viewing for attendance at my Advanced Bootcamp. If you want the most beautiful and intelligent girls, or even just a girl you think is probably out of your league, you need to understand women.
Women use their "Social IQ Advantage" to "test us" and differentiate between strong and attractive men and the weak and unattractive men. Most guys have no clue.
Of all the things I try to teach guys on my Bootcamps, Women's Tests are the most difficult for me because women themselves sometimes don't consciously understand that they are testing us, how they are testing us or even why they testing us. Hmmm?
This also might be the best film I have seen to illustrate how I teach guys on my Bootcamps to;
a. Approach a woman,
b. Hold eye contact,
c. Use silence to build sexual tension and attraction,
d. Ask directly for what you want,
e. Be completely honest with women,
f. Not be affected by "apparent" rejection,
g. Identify, understand and pass women's tests.
My job is to bring out the most attractive man in you, not to try to turn you into someone else. So please don't try to copy the words or mannerisms of the masculine Spanish lead character. Just observe how he handles different romantic situations, his honesty, calmness and eye contact.
The writer/director of this film consistently creates the most substantial female characters in cinema history. Many top female box office earners forego their usual $20m a film paychecks and work for basic union rates to play supporting roles in his movies.
This man understands the workings, subtleties, habits and fears of the female mind like few other men.
His films have garnered more actress and writing nominations than any other film maker ever, even though he openly despises LA and refuses to attend the Oscars.
He once said; "I have no regard for that kind of ceremony. I just don't think they know what they're doing. When you see who wins those things -- or who doesn't win them -- you can see how meaningless this Oscar thing is."
If that's not enough to convince you that this film will help you better understand women, then ask yourself; who is the smoothest white man ever and close to the greatest popular singer and entertainer of all time? Who is Hollywood's greatest ever Oscar winning philanderer and one of the histories great playboys?
In the 1970's Mia Farrow and Diane Keaton were considered among the most beautiful women in the world. They are also two of the most gifted and successful screen actresses ever.
Now imagine a neurotic 5'5, balding, gaunt, bespectacled, badly dressed comedian with an enormous nose and the most annoying whining Brooklyn accent in history.
Well, this weird looking guy took Mia Farrow from Frank Sinatra and Diane Keaton from Warren Beatty!
Woody Allen understands beautiful women like no other film-maker.
Watch his film and learn.
